BETA: Tattered Virindi Cloak

What it's for: Collecting a Tattered Virindi Cloak for use in the Singularity Weapons quest. That's all. It does not run the singularity weapons quest for you, but I wouldn't cry if someone wrote a meta that does.
My first meta that someone other than me might possibly find somewhat useful. Made because I'm an altoholic that would rather chat than run endlessly around looking for a 5-mirewitch spawn.
You'll need Aphus recall. Add your weapons/wands.
