in the instructions in the first post on this thread it tells you how to open the editor. use the toggle button to turn rules on or off. Salvage is at the bottom, if something matches a rule above it, it wont salvage it.
It's called loot snob because it sets the bar pretty high on most items.
Please look through it before use and edit to your own preferences.
Everything you may ever want to loot should be in it (save for the odd trophy)....

Rules for balanced melee weapons, theres one for regular and one for MS for each class (heavy, light, finesse) they both seem to be exactly the same. Am I missing something?
I haven't added the correct numerical value for most of those balanced rules, i need data...disregard for now, or fine...

I know this is a 5 year old post :p but the uses remaining thing can also apply to salvage, UsesRemaining==xx being how *full* the bag is. I use this same kind of set up but using UB item giver, that way it only gives my salvage mules full bags.
Is there a way to get lootsnob to notify me if it picks up an item that matches a specific rule?
Example: it may pick up a piece of jewelry because it matches a selling value rule, or because it matches a value set for manatank. I would like it to let me know that item is a manatank,...

Is there a way to exclude items you already own from being salvaged? For now I have turned off the salvaging part in the loot profile, but would eventually like to use it in the future.

vtank shouldn't salvage anything that it doesn't loot...
Hey everyone, this loot profile is my own twist of Bobs original LootSnobv4 to work with the emu. armor is pretty strict but should get good stuff i might post a less strict one with this to include single epic Jewelry and Undies. Its still a work in progress im probably still working on it daily...

There was someone that didn't know that you could sell comps, so here's a loot profile to sell spell comps to Thimrin Woodsetter in the tree at Candeth Keep. Save in your My Documents\Decal Plugins\Mag-Tools folder then open a trade window with Thimrin. Warning, this WILL sell all of the spell...
